Highlights from the Spring 2006 Meeting 

Students were provided application forms for a $500.00 scholarship offered to rehabilitation counseling students by the Alabama Assn. for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind.  Students were encouraged to apply.

 

Dr. Mobley announced that she is sponsoring a complementary paid membership for any UAB Rehabilitation Counseling Students who wish to join the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA). 

 

Sheila Samples and Melissa Bearden joined Dr. Stephens and Dr. Mobley at the Alabama Rehabilitation Association Legislative Reception in Montgomery on March 1, 2006.
