CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching for Adults): http://www.cambridge-efl.org
Cambridge ESOL centers offer a full-time 5-week course and part-time courses of varying lengths after which students earn an internationally-recognized initial qualification for teaching English to adults overseas.

A January through August course, combining online learning with weekend courses and four weeks of field experience in Ecuador.
