Meet the Faculty
Dr. Loucrecia Collins
is a veteran educator of 30 years. As a classroom teacher, she has
taught in Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, and Alaska. She has also
worked as an Asst. Principal and Principal. Dr. Collins has researched,
published, and presented at national conferences in the areas of
conflict resolution & proactive strategies to prevent school bullying.

Dr. Jerry Patterson
has more than 30 years of experience as an educator, serving as a
superintendent, assistant superintendent, elementary school principal,
and high school teacher. Dr. Patterson has authored eight nationally
recognized books, his latest being
Resilient School Leaders,
published by ASCD.

Dr. George Theodore
has extensive school leadership experience as a high school teacher,
assistant principal, and principal. He has worked in a variety of
school settings—urban, rural, and suburban. In 2002, Dr. Theodore was
selected as the Administrator of the Year by the Alabama Scholastic
Press Assn. Dr. Theodore has conducted numerous workshops in the area
of tort liability.

Dr. Linda Searby
is a veteran educator, having 16 years experience as a pre-K &
elementary teacher & 10 years as a K-8 principal and charter school
administrator. Dr. Searby has presented at national conferences on
mentoring women in administration and reflective practice.

Pat Roberson is
an adjunct professor who coordinates the
Cullman area cohorts, teaches core courses, and supervises interns. Mrs.
Robertson is retired from many years as a principal in the Jasper City
Schools.
