OUTCOME C14: The UAB School Counselor candidate monitors and refines his/her work through continuous in-depth reflection.

     C14.K  Knowledge and Understanding: The Counselor-in-training understands how their knowledge, skills, and life experiences are integrated’ and how they effect how one responds effectively to new or unexpected events and situations; additionally, understands how to monitor and refine one’s work with continuous, in-depth reflection.

Demonstrates adequate understanding of how their knowledge, skills, and life experiences are integrated’ and how they effect how one responds effectively to new or unexpected events and situations; additionally, understands how to monitor and refine one’s work with continuous, in-depth reflection.

Emerging Advanced Performance
Demonstrates exemplary understanding of how their knowledge, skills, and life experiences are integrated’ and how they effect how one responds effectively to new or unexpected events and situations; additionally, understands how to monitor and refine one’s work with continuous, in-depth reflection.
