OUTCOME 11:  School Climate

OUTCOME C11: The UAB School Counselor candidate fosters relationships with professional colleagues, parents/guardians, community agencies, and system resources to support students’ growth and well-being. 

    C11.K  Knowledge and Understanding: The Counselor-in-training has knowledge and understands how coordination, collaboration, referral, and team building efforts with teachers, parents, support personnel, and community resources to promote program objectives and facilitate successful student development and achievement of all students.

Demonstrates adequate knowledge and understanding of how coordination, collaboration, referral, and team building efforts with teachers, parents, support personnel, and community resources to promote program objectives and facilitate successful student development and achievement of all students.
[4]
Emerging Advanced Performance
Demonstrates exemplary knowledge and understanding of how coordination, collaboration, referral, and team building efforts with teachers, parents, support personnel, and community resources to promote program objectives and facilitate successful student development and achievement of all students.
