Application for Degree

Students are expected to signify their intention to complete the program requirements by a particular graduation date by submitting a completed "Application for Degree" form to the Graduate School. This form is used to make a careful check to see that program requirements have been met, to order the degree, and to enter the student in the commencement program. There are Graduate School deadlines by which degree applications for a given graduation date must be received, and these should be strictly observed.

An "Application for Degree" form may be picked up at the Graduate School, Hill University Center room 511 or in the Office of Student Services, room 100 Education Building. The student should enter the information asked for, sign the form, and return it to Room 100 in the School of Education one semester prior to graduation. The student will be notified that the application has been processed and that all is in order or if any discrepancies must be corrected.
