Evaluation of the Mississippi Reading Excellence Grant

The Mississippi Department of Education was awarded a multi-million Reading Excellence grant for a three-year period.  Schools in Mississippi received funds from this grant to improve the reading skills of students in Kindergarten through Grade 3.  The Center of Educational Accountability served as the external evaluator for this grant.
