How do I perform a backup in LiveText?

For basic information on how to create documents, labels, rubrics, groups, sharing, and submitting your documents for review and assessment, LiveText has a library of online tools available in Word, PDF, or video format to answer common "how do I" questions. To access the support guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs, complete the following steps:

1.  Go to http://college.livetext.com/ and login with your user name and password.  See red arrow below:

2.  Click on help button in the top right hand corner.  See red arrow below:

3.  You will then be given a view of all available tools to help answer common questions such as creating a new documents, rubrics, groups, template usage, organizing with use of labels, adding images and attachments, how to share your documents, and how to submit your document for review.  After clicking on the format option of your choosing (PDF, Word, or video), please choose Open if prompted by a new window.
